How is COVID19 killing your motivation?
Ok, ok .. its been killing my motivation too, which isn't something I admit to easily. Being a fitness professional, I am looked at as always motivated and hopefully inspiring to others. Well, the past few weeks have been just as hard on me. So, what am I going to do about it? I allowed myself to fall prisoner to the stress of it all until TODAY. I am getting my crap together and making a plan to get my "MoJo" back.
